Yourstand has signed a basic agreement on business alliance for collaboration in the EV charging business, and have also entered into an investment agreement for a third-party allotment of new shares to be subscribed by Mitsuuroku Green Energy. 

The Guidelines for the Promotion of Charging Infrastructure Development announced by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in October 2023 set a target of 300,000 EV charging infrastructure units by 2030. Through this capital and business alliance, Mitsuuroku Green Energy and Mitsuuroku Group Holdings’ customer base and nationwide sales network will be combined with Yourstand’s extensive track record and experience in EV charger sales and installation to contribute to the spread of EV charging infrastructure in Japan. In addition, we will contribute to the rapid growth of EVs in the future.

In addition, demand for electric power is expected to increase in line with the dramatic expansion of EVs in the future, and there are concerns about securing power supply during the hours when EV charging is concentrated.We hope to contribute to leveling the balance of electricity supply and demand in society as a whole by combining the development of a unique utility menu with an EV charging management system.
