Yourstand is scaling beyond residential EV charging, partnering with global logistics leaders and large fleet operators to build the next generation of charging infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and industrial sites.

Corporate (Fleets)

For logistics and corporate clients transitioning to EV fleets, we provide end-to-end solutions, from designing optimal charging infrastructure based on route data and fleet size to installation and operation. Our in-house software optimizes charging schedules and automates cost management, enhancing fleet efficiency and lowering total operating costs.

Carpark GX

Through a sublease model, we rent vacant parking lots, install EV chargers, and lease them to nearby companies and individuals. By monetizing underutilized real estate, we create new asset value while offering accessible charging infrastructure to the community.

Multi-Family Homes

We have developed advanced functions tailored to urban multi-family properties, deploying around 6,000 chargers nationwide. Our proprietary app enables seamless reservation and payment, while an integrated management system provides centralized visibility into charging history and utilization.

Use Cases

Multi Family Homes

Three Mode 3 EV Chargers (6kW) installed at the guest parking space in the condominium. Residents use YourStand app for bookings and payments for both EV charging and guest parking.

One Mode 3 EV Charger (6kW) installed at the common area in the condominium.

32 charging outlets were installed in the 85 parking lots to ensure all parking lots have access to a charge point. Rotational charging is enabled to prevent power outage.

Mechanical Parking

EV charging outlets can be installed on mechanical parking bays, which could be a solution for EV charging in crowded cities. Rotational charging is enabled to prevent power outage.

Old mechanical parking was demolished and made into flat parking spaces with EV chargers. This helps condominium relieve financial burdens incurred from maintenance of mechanical parking, and reduce redundant parking lots in certain condominiums.

Single Family HomesWorkplace/Fleet Charging

Yourstand has signed a distribution agreement with Wallbox Chargers SL, to expand the sales of smart charger Pulsar Plus to EV owners in Japan.
