アプリを開きますと、左の画面が表示されます。
アカウントをお持ちの方は「サインイン」をクリックしてください。
旧アプリをお持ちの方・アカウントをお持ちでない方は「アカウント新規作成」をクリックしてください。

The screen on the left should appear when you open your app.
For those with an account, click “Sign in” (button below)
For those without an account, click “Create new account” (button on top)

以下の方法でサインインしてください。
(1) メールアドレスとパスワードを入力
送信後、確認メールがメールアドレスに送られます。確認メールが届くのに5分ほどかかることがございます。メールが届きましたら、記載のリンクを開いてください。

(2) GoogleまたはAppleでサインイン
Gmail/ Appleのアカウントからサインインができます。

Please sign in via the following methods.
1. Sign in with mail address and password
After entering your mail address and password, you will receive a confirmation mail. Open the link in the mail to continue. Do note that it may take up to five minutes to receive the confirmation mail.

2. Sign in with Google or Apple
You can also sign in using your Gmail or Apple account.

まず、利用規約とプライバシーポリシーをお読みになった上でチェックを入れてください。
After reading and understanding our terms and conditions and privacy policy, tick in the checkbox.

以下の方法で新規アカウント作成ができます。
You can create a new account via the following methods.

(a) メールアドレスとパスワードを入力
ご指定のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力し、新規アカウントを作成します。送信後、確認メールがメールアドレスに送られます。
確認メールが届くのに5分ほどかかることがございます。メールが届きましたら、記載のリンクを開き、新規アカウント作成を完了させます。

(a) Create a new account using email address
Enter your email address and password to create a new account. You will receive a confirmation mail. Open the link in the mail to continue. Do note that it may take up to five minutes to receive the confirmation mail.

(b) GoogleまたはAppleでアカウント作成
お持ちのGoogleまたはAppleを選択し、新規アカウントを作成します。

Select your existing Google or Apple account to create a new account.

アカウント作成後、お名前（フルネーム）と携帯電話番号を入力し、「SMSにコードを送信」をクリックします。
After creating your account, enter your full name and mobile phone number. Click the button below to receive the confirmation code sent via SMS.

6桁の確認コードが届きましたら、入力し、送信します。
Enter the 6 digit confirmation code.

住所を登録します。
Enter your home address.

アプリを利用する際、お支払いのクレジットカードを登録する必要があります。クレジットカード情報を入力します。
To use the app, you have to register a valid credit card. Enter your credit card information.

初期登録完了。
Check if your registered information is correct.

初めてご利用の場合は、ホーム画面で「駐車場登録」をクリックします。2回目以降はこちらの画面に過去に使用した駐車エリアが表示されます。
For first time users, your homepage on the app will be empty. Click the add button to add a new EV charging site. Your past charging sites will be shown on the homepage.

駐車場の新規追加をするには、10桁のマイスタンドコードを入力します。入力後、該当の駐車場が表示されます。
To add a new charging site, enter the 10-digit My Stand Code.

上から順番に以下の通りご記入ください。
・今すぐ使う、または予約する
・開始時間（今すぐ使う場合は不要）
・終了時間
・駐車または充電

Enter the following information to use the EV Charger
– Use now or Make a booking
– Start time (Not necessary if you choose Use Now)
– End time
– Parking or EV Charging

駐車エリアに複数の充電器がある場合、特定の充電器（利用スペース）を選択することができます。
If there are multiple EV chargers at the charging site, you can select the EV charger you wish to use.

「カレンダーから時間を選択」をクリックすると、EV充電器の利用状況をを見ながら、EV充電器の予約をすることができます。
You can check the time slots available for EV charging and make a booking using the calendar.

予約完了後、ホーム画面に予約情報が表示されます。
After booking is complete, your booking details will be displayed on the homepage.

予約はいつでも無料で削除することができます。
注意：予約を削除しないと、仮に充電を行わなかった場合でも、予約の時間通りに充電器が稼働し、課金がされます。そのため、予約の時間に間に合わない場合は一度削除していただくことをお勧めします。

You can cancel your booking without any cancellation charges anytime.
Note: If you do not cancel your reservation, the EV charger will run according to the time booked, and you will be billed accordingly, even if you did not plug in. We advise you to cancel your booking if you are unable to make it on time for EV charging.

充電中は開始時間、終了時間、そして終了までの残り時間をご確認いただけます。
Once charging has started, you can check the start time, end time, and the amount of time remaining on the home page.

充電が始まっても、時間の変更ができます。
You can change the end time even after the charging has started, assuming there are no bookings in the time slot after you.

また、充電の途中で終了する場合、「今すぐ終了」をクリックします。実際の利用時間を分単位で決済します。
You can stop charging anytime. You will only be billed to the time you stopped charging from the app.

ご自身の利用明細及び支払い管理は「お支払い」のタブでご確認いただけます。
You can check your past billing records under the “payment” tab.
