Supporting Corporate Clients in Their Fleet Electrification Journey

In the process of electrifying fleets, such as sales and delivery fleets, companies face a multitude of concerns, including the process of charger installations, usage management, operation, visualization of CO2 emissions reduction and so on.

Since our establishment in 2018, Yourstand has a proven track record of in the installation and management of EV chargers in multi-family homes through our proprietary apps and systems. We have now launched our support service for corporate clients, Yourstand for Business, to help them smoothly transition into an electric future.

We will provide solutions for various departments according to their needs, such as visualization of CO2 emissions reduction for corporate planning departments, management of company fleets for general administrative departments, and management of delivery fleets for logistics operations departments.

Yourstand for Business can be used via a web console or web application. The web console provides a holistic management of operations and charging schedules, monitoring the status of each charger under its control. Customized summary reports can be downloaded according to needs, by vehicle, by department or at a company-wide scale. Details of the report includes data of energy consumption, CO2 emissions reduction, utilization and so on.

Similarly, Yourstand for Business can be used from the smartphone for daily operations such as booking and selecting charging output. The simple UI allows for smooth usage on a day-to-day basis on site.

Compared to internal combustion vehicles, the operating costs of electric vehicles are significantly lower. Moreover, having charging infrastructure within the company’s premises and control free employees from the daily hassles of petrol refuelling reimbursements, checking the remaining fuel level and stopping by petrol stations. With the electrification of fleets, and having a robust charging infrastructure, employees can now simply return to the office, plug in and start off a new day on a full charge.

Supporting Employees to Go Electric

With an increasing number of employees commuting by personal cars who are switching to electric, companies are now contemplating providing workplace charging. 

Yourstand for Business can also be used for managing workplace charging.

First, employees can be assigned user accounts to book chargers at the workplace. The admin and HR departments can check or modify charging tariffs, if necessary, from the web console. The charging tariffs can then be added into the company’s expenditure accounts, invoiced to the employee, deducted automatically from their salary, depending on the company’s policy.

For companies or factories contracted with high-voltage utility powers, utility tariffs are extremely low, meaning employees can charge at a significantly lower price compared to their homes, or at public chargers. If companies cover the commuting costs for their employees, this translates into cost reduction for the company.

All in all, we provide the total management of EV charging for corporate fleets, delivery fleets and employee vehicles, as well as the installation and commissioning of EV chargers, energy management capabilities and ancillary services to allow smooth incorporation of EV charging into the company’s normal operations.
